A stunning store filled with an affordable mix of fashionable labels, select art items and anything else that catches her stylish eye. The Grand Opening of Splurges Boutique second location, at The Factory, in Downtown Kernersville, will start the week of September 14-19, Mon-Sat, 10-7pm. Gift bags for the first 100 "Splurges," a ribbon cutting ceremony and guests from Radio 98.7.
